The course will prepare students by helping them learn Basic Six Sigma Concepts, Understand the DMAIC Methodology, and Apply and Improve in all kinds of internal and the make the most of data processes. The Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt course is designed for professionals from any industry or background interested in learning how to identify problems, analyze possibilities, and implement solutions for increasing productivity and efficiency in their organizations. The Green Belt course requires no prior experience in process improvement methodologies. The program provides a full introduction into DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) principles, a data-driven improvement cycle used for optimizing and stabilizing business processes.

Course cost doesn't include the cost of the Exam. Exams are administered by PearsonVue. VTEC is a PearsonVue Testing site. Course to run is subject to a minimum enrollment.
