COURSE OVERVIEW

This 2-day course, tailored to the Project Management Office and portfolio managers, provides the knowledge you need to start using Project Server 2013 for demand management, capacity planning, project governance, and portfolio management. You learn to work with SharePoint, customize project sites, manage Project Server tracking settings, add and manage metadata in both SharePoint and Project Server, configure portfolio management elements, build a workflow, and the basics of improved decision support using portfolio management tools.

AUDIENCE AND PREREQUISITES

For students that want an intense two-day focus on configuring and using Project Server 2013 and Project Online for ideation, demand management, capacity planning and portfolio management.

Although you are not required to take any other courses before taking this course, if you do not have solid Microsoft Project Professional skills, you should consider.
